Summer Market Series
Hello returning and new vendors!
I’m so glad you are considering joining us at Home Farm this year and I’m looking forward to a fun and profitable market season for us all!
I’m Bridgette, one of the farm’s owners, and I manage the events at Home Farm. Our Summer Market Series is a combo Farmers/Makers Market with a whole lot of fun, family and small business love at its core.
During these events we open our home/farm to small business owners as well as our greater community, bringing you all together in a beautiful location for great shopping, food and farm fun.
One of my top priorities is providing you with a great vending experience while you’re here. If you have any questions prior to applying please don’t hesitate to reach out.

• At this time, booth spaces CANNOT BE RESERVED. We will be taking into consideration placement of vendors selling food items and items that are heat sensitive in the event of extreme weather. Please note that there is little to no shade and plan accordingly during expected hot weather.
• You’re responsible for providing your own tent, tent walls, tent weights, displays, tables, chairs, payment processor, etc.
• Vendors may not begin breakdown of their booth space until 4pm. Please break down and pack all products before bringing your vehicle to your booth space.
• Cell signals can sometimes be spotty on the farm. We do have cell boosters near the white farm buildings. If you're having trouble processing payments please contact event staff and we'll try to help.
• Load-in will begin at 8am and you’ll have until 6pm to load-out.
• Upon arrival, please proceed to the event area and check in with event staff for your space assignment.
• We will be allowing Friday afternoon load-in, as in the past, and will confirm with vendors prior to each market date.
• Vendor parking with will be in our back field. Vendors and their helpers will not be able to move their vehicles until load-out at the end of the market. If you have helpers planning on leaving they will need to park in the general parking area.
• If you and your products are being dropped off for the day your pickup vehicle will have to wait in general parking until the there is clearance for them to proceed to your booth space. Please note because of space constraints they may have to wait until all other vendors have loaded out.
Standard / Full booths are 10x10 spaces and $65 Per Market
Shared / Half booths are 10x10 spaces and $35 Per Market from each participant
If you’d like to split / share a booth with someone - let me know! Both businesses will need to apply and provide photos and will be curated with everyone else.
PAID IN FULL booth fees guarantee your space.
Booth fees must be paid within 45 days of your market date to hold your space. If not paid by this time your space may be offered to another vendor.
If you are not able to attend a confirmed market please give us as much notice as possible. We may have other vendors waiting to take your space.
A refund of your booth space will be given with 45 days notice via email to hello@homefarm.farm, minus a $15 administration fee. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF YOUR NOTICE IS LESS THAN 45 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF YOUR SCHEDULED MARKET.
Booth fees are used to help cover costs for things like event staff, online and print advertising, social media marketing, website costs, garbage service, porta-potty rentals and more.
There is a one-time fee of $10 to make application, whether you apply for a single market, or all of them.
Application fees are non-refundable regardless of acceptance.
Not all applicants may be accepted.
This application fee applies only to NEW VENDORS who have not attended a Market at Home Farm.
If you you are a Vendor who was accepted to a Market prior to 2022 but could not attend for some reason this charge will be waived. Please use the Returning Vendor Form to register.
The application fee is being charged to cover the time it takes to vette you and your products to and communicate with you about your application.
If your application is accepted you will be invoiced for your booth fees via email.
Our Summer Market Series is for primarily handmade businesses and makers. This can include designers that have their products produced for them as well as other types of small businesses like curated vintage, plants, home decor, independent apparel boutiques, service based businesses, music, and food booths.
We try to steer clear of mass produced products and referral marketing businesses.

• A description of your products.
• The price range of your products.
• At least 3 photos of your work.
Food vendors/trucks are welcome to apply!
Our booth/truck fee is only $65 and we do not take a percentage of your daily sales.
Please use the returning vendor or new vendor forms to apply.
• Confirmation for returning vendors and acceptance for new vendors will be on a first-come basis
• We will contact you via email with the confirmation of your dates. You will receive an invoice for your booth fee(s) via email.
• PAID IN FULL booth fee(s) guarantee your space.
• Booth fees must be paid at least 45 days prior to your market date(s) to hold your space. If not paid by this time your space may be offered to another vendor on our waiting list.
